I bought a Novation launch control XL and it had some tape glued on in (tape was removed by seller). Now there’s some tape glue on the device and I want to remove it. In the past I used some solvents in similar situations but the succes rate was kinda meh as it would damage the plastic of the device.
Any advice on this?
It would depend on type of plastic but a bit of patience with glass cleaner liquid (but be sure there’s no acetone and/or caustic soda in the solution) and/or dish soap has been the most successful for me.
